Your first visit focuses on understanding your symptoms, history and goals. Your clinician will discuss treatment options with you. Your clinician also reviews your current medications.

Personalized Treatment Plan
Your clinician discusses the options appropriate for you, which may include therapy, medication management, or a combination.

Ongoing Follow-Up
Regular follow-up visits by video track your progress, adjust your plan, and keep your care consistent.
